These are not garage built bars that somebody comes home from their day job and builds while having some beers. This IS our job, and everything we rig is made to perfection right here at our store/rigging facility on Long Island, New York. Anything that we sell is something that we would feel confident using ourselves, with quality components.
These spreader bars are rigged in a pattern that is meant to give the illusion of a group of squids/baitfish moving as a school withan “injured” bait dropped further back as the hook bait. This bar, featuring 11 inch shell squids is great for attracting larger tunas specifically. When you’re seeking out bigeyes, and large bluefins & yellowfins, this is the right bar to put out. This particular bar works well in any position in the spread, but our favorite spot for it is on the short rigger.
