Description
TheTsunami Carbon Shield II Slow Pitch Jigging Rods are an excellent jigging rod for inshore species like snapper, groupers, black sea bass, striped bass, fluke, blackfish, and many others. This series features 100% carbon fiber construction for the best in light weight and high performance. The integrated multidirectional fiber layups deliver extraordinary hoop strength under heavy load. There is an incredible amount of lifting power in this blank construction and less cross-sectional weight. All models boast heavy duty, satin finish Fuji Fazlite K-Frame guides. Conventional rods in this series are acid (spiral) wrapped. The lower end of the rod features EVA foam grips, and a Fuji reel seat. Conventional models feature an extended “trigger” reel seat.
