Description
Tied by Mike “LI Flies” Ozkaya, right here on Long Island, NY. The flatwing is a classic saltwater streamer pattern. The hackle feathers are tied in flat to give the fly a slightly larger profile than a deceiver style fly. The long hackle feathers really make the fly dance, and it is a deadly fly for swinging in current for striped bass.
